More important things you should know! We are not responsible for permits, covenant searches or restrictions, contact your local building inspector or home owners association for information. Have all underground lines marked, (electric, phone, water and gas) We are not responsible for damage to underground lines. Power source is required (for electric tools). Installer needs 2 or 3 on every side of building for working room. Lot must be level or building will be installed "as is". Allow 2 - 4 weeks for install from the time we receive the order. We have the right to repossess the carport / garage if the balances are not paid. I have read and understand the above information and give my approval for construction of the building on order.
